  • Ability to think quickly and develop, structure, negotiate, draft and maintain advertiser partnerships, alliances, and relationships.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation in online advertising sales and exceeding goals.
  • 7 years+ proven experience in online advertising sales.

Senior Frontend Engineer

Pixable is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend team taking our web and mobile web to the next level. You should be comfortable in a fluid start-up environment and bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to your work.


We just moved to a pretty cool office in Wall Street, New York. But you don't have to wear a tie :)


How we work:


  • We are a team of 5 who care about software quality.
  • We submit every change via Pull Requests and we do code reviews.
  • We write extensive automated tests using Selenium, integrated with Github with nightly builds.
  • We iterate on a 2-week sprint cycle.
  • We have internal tools to deploy seamlessly.

You will be:


  • Working with our codebase based on Javascript, where we are migrating to Angular.
  • Writing tons of code. And refactoring it until it shines.
  • Taking part of architecture decisions how to integrate with the backend.
  • Reviewing the code of your team mates in a pull request based workflow.
  • Collaborating day-to-day with product managers, designers and backend engineers.

Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive, energetic marketer to own the growth and execution of Pixable’s email programs. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through email and mobile communication campaigns that support our customer lifecycle management model.

This is a highly visible role where you can make an immediate impact on the organization by building out and improving upon the existing communication programs. This person will lead acquisition and lifecycle email strategies across our quickly growing user base in order to drive valuable and long-term relationships with our subscribers.


You Will:


  • Lead our vertical-specific email campaigns
  • Help formulate and execute retention communication strategies with email and push notifications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (editorial, marketing, design, product, engineering, etc.)
  • Improve existing campaigns with ongoing A/B testing
  • Manage email reporting company-wide across multiple platforms and participate in periodic senior executive presentations
  • Maintain and optimize our email platforms on an on-going basis

You Bring:


  • Bachelors degree
  • Intellectual horsepower, natural curiosity, and a desire to learn
  • 4+ years work experience, with at least 2 years of deep email marketing experience.
  • Experience with ESPs such as Sailthru, SendGrid, etc.
  • Proficient with HTML and CSS
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other design programs.
  • Ability to articulate and champion email best practices
  • Interest and experience in A/B testing and optimization
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical skills with passion for data and metrics
  • Excel skills – you love pivot tables and vlookups
