Ever wish you could make a beautiful video of all the photos of you and your valentine? How about make one in under a minute?

Well, get ready to be excited!  Not only have we created an application to create a beautiful  video of you and your valentine, but we’ve created one that is so easy it only takes 2 clicks! Seriously.

Just login to Facebook and search for ValentineMovie or click here to go there directly.

Once you’re there simply type the name of your Valentine (it must be a Facebook friend) and then either upload your favorite song or select our standard one and voila, you have your Valentine Video!

It’s so simple, there’s really not much else to explain. So have fun, make one, and send it to your special someone!

Love is in the air this time of year, but is anyone else still looking for that perfect Valentine’s Day gift?

Well, if you are, you’re in luck!

We just added some “lovely” backgrounds and stickers for our photobooks to help you create an original and personalized gift that will surely be remembered for years to come.  So, whether  you’re a romantic and looking for a gift for your girlfriend, boyfriend or significant other, or just want to show Mom and Dad how much you love them, a personalized photobook is the perfect gift.

We’ve also made your life a little easier with our tagged people search in the photo selector.  When selecting your photos remember to click on the “tagged people” tab and type in the name of you and your loved one.  It will automatically find all of the photos of the two of you tagged together, so you can spend your precious time adding all the personal touches to the photobook instead of searching for photos.

Also, it is really true when they say it is the thought that counts – so make sure to put some thought  into your photobook to make it extra special. Try including your favorite quotes about love from your favorite song or from an inside joke!

We have introduced the new Pixable Facebook Application! That means that you won’t have to leave Facebook anymore to create and customize your photo books and calendars. (Ok, this obviosuly won’t help your Facebook addiction, but we’re at least making things more convenient for you!)

Simply visit http://apps.facebook.com/pixable or check out our fan page and click “Go To Application”.  You won’t even have to re-login since you’re already in Facebook. Once in the application you will be able to create the same beautiful photo books and calendars that you could at Pixable.com, and use all of the same features including using all the photos that you and your friends have stored on Facebook.  Don’t worry either, if you start a photo book on via the new application you can always finish it on our website www.pixable.com if you prefer to have more space to work with.

Make sure not forget to bookmark our application too! Just click “Bookmark Pixable” down at the bottom toolbar in Facebook.

Starting off with only an idea, and ending the year with a a beautiful office, a full-time team, new products, plenty of good press, and a wonderful base of customers is a dream come true!

It’s been thrilling and a challenge, and we could have never done it without each and every one of you. We want to sincerely thank all of you for helping make 2009 a success for Pixable and can’t wait to see you in 2010. Over the past few months at Pixable we’ve been working hard to surprise everyone right before the holidays with our brand new calendar creator, and it has finally arrived!  Now, with the click of a button, you’ll be able to quickly import your friends’ and family member’s birthdays from Facebook into a physical calendar – in both wall and desk formats.

Once inside our calendar creator you can personalize each month with the profile pictures of friends, or with your own photos. And just like in the album creator you will have access to all of the photos stored on Facebook by you and your friends. Don’t worry Flickr and Picasa users, you can use your photos too.

The calendar creator will give you complete control over the design of each month in terms of composition, background and photo effects, as well as control over the most integral part of the calendar – the dates.  You can specify which month the calendar starts on, and with the date manager you’ll be able to add any personal dates and even select religious and country specific holidays from our database – we’re trying to make things easy for you, we know this time of the year can be a bit hectic. Have you ever wondered who you’re tagged with the most on Facebook? Have you wanted to download all of those tagged pictures of you and your best friends in one click?  Well, we have and so that is what we focused on when creating our first application for the Pixable Apps family: MyPhotoStats.

We just launched MyPhotoStats yesterday and have already seen plenty of people having fun finding out who their “Top 3″ and “Top 10″ are. We’ve also had some interesting (read: awkward) results when girlfriends aren’t always their boyfriends’ #1 too. Hey, we’re just doing the calculations for you guys – don’t shoot the messenger.

With the MyPhotoStats application you’re also able to view all of the photos in which you and one of your friends is tagged, as well as download all of those photos with one click – a great way to back up your most precious photos.
